Sara Martinez is the founder of The Vine Sisters, a global, faith-based organization focused on supporting women impacted by silencing, retaliation, and identity disruption within complex institutional systems.
Her work is informed by firsthand experience navigating environments where harm was difficult to name, accountability was limited, and speaking clearly carried personal and professional consequences. Through that experience, Sara developed a deep understanding of how systems protect themselves, and how women are often left without language, documentation, or credible pathways forward.
The Vine Sisters was founded to address that gap.
The organization provides women with structured support, community, education, and advocacy grounded in faith, clarity, and personal agency. Its approach prioritizes long-term stability over urgency, and accuracy over amplification.
In parallel, Sara is the creator of The She Vault, a secure digital platform designed to help women document experiences, preserve records, and protect their sense of reality in environments where narratives are frequently distorted or dismissed.
Today, Sara is a public speaker whose work sits at the intersection of women’s safety, ethics, faith, and technology. She speaks with organizations and audiences seeking thoughtful, grounded discussion around truth-telling, accountability, and the human cost of institutional failure.
