Originally written by researcher James Martinez as the CLONE Act of 2025, this groundbreaking declaration opposed non-consensual neurotechnology, biometric surveillance, and invisible forms of psychological warfare.

Now, The Vine Sisters have expanded it.

We’ve added the spiritual, global, and generational authority it was always meant to carry.

What the Original Declaration Included:

• Ban on neurolaw, brain-based profiling, and cognitive coercion
• Reassertion of Constitutional and Natural Rights over all bodies and minds
• Prohibition of non-consensual biometric data collection and AI modeling
• Rejection of clickwrap consent, predictive analytics, and state surveillance
• Creation of a Citizen Ethics Committee to monitor and report human rights abuse
• Protection from cognitive experiments conducted under coercion, contract, or silence

What We Added as The Vine Sisters:

• A Spiritual Sovereignty Clause - revoking all energetic, occult, or ritual claims on our minds, bodies, and spirits
• Multi-generational protection for children, pregnant women, elders, and descendants
• Specific bans on Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs), synthetic telepathy, coordinated stalking/harassment a/k/a gangstalking, and electromagnetic rape
• A retroactive clause to nullify fraudulent “contracts” or national security programs tied to coercion, surveillance, or abuse
•  Invocation of international law: ICCPR, UNDRIP, CRPD, UNCAT
